Liquor Liability
This Liquor Liability Insurance will protect your business from its legal liability arising from personal injury or property damage caused by an intoxicated person that was sold beverages by your business.
Winery Leakage
This Winery Leakage Insurance will provide up to $25,000 in coverage for Wine Leakage. You can increase this coverage amount if necessary.
Wine Contamination
This Winery Contamination Insurance will provide up to $25,000 in coverage for Wine Contamination. You can increase this coverage amount if necessary.
Tree, Plants and Shrubbery
You will also be provided with a $25,000 limit of coverage for the loss or damage to outdoor trees, plants or shrubs. This coverage will pay a maximum of $1,000 per tree, plant or shrub.
Wine value coverage
This will provide you with coverage to insure a loss incurred will be covered at the current market value of the product.
Product Recall Expense
This will cover the cost you may incur for removal of an unsafe product from the market.

It is recommended that if your business has any employees, subcontractors or independent contractors, you take the proper steps to protect yourself as well as your employees, subcontractors or independent contractors.
Workers' Compensation Insurance is a "no-fault" insurance coverage that applies to bodily injury and diseases arising out of and in the course of employment.
