1. No purchase is necessary.
2. You must be 16 years of age or older to win and reside in the United States.
3. The contest is open to all individuals in the Pet Industry except for employees, agents, subsidiaries of Governor Insurance, participating vendor/sponsors, their immediate families, and household members.
4. An individual only needs to enter one time during the contest period. An individual is eligible to win multiple drawings. The first drawing will take place on March 1, 2011 and there will be a drawing on the 1st of each month, ending with the January 1, 2012 drawing.
5. Monthly giveaway descriptions will be posted at the www.governorins.com website, approximately 1 week prior to the next month’s giveaway.
6. Participants/entrants can only register for the contest by completing the entry form @ www.governorins.com.
7. The Winners will be selected on the 1st day of the month following the monthly giveaways.  The Winners will be selected randomly by computer at Governor Insurance.  Governor Insurance will determine all winners, and their decision shall be final.
8. All State, Local, Federal and or other taxes, duties, tariffs, title fees, licensing fees, or other fees for prizes awarded become the sole responsibility of the winner. All those who win a prize / prizes valued at over $600 could be issued an IRS form 1099 to report their winnings.
9. All prizes are awarded "as is." Prizes are nontransferable and cannot be exchanged for other prizes.
10. Governor Insurance will not be liable for any replacement, replacement cost, substitution of or compensation for prizes that may or may not be delivered in whole or part from any vendor/sponsor.
11. All participants/entrants and winners agree that the Governor Insurance, and their affiliates, shall have no liability and shall be held blameless for any injury, misfortune, or damage to either persons or property insured by entering, participating in, winning, or losing any contest by use or non-use of any prize received.
12. Governor Insurance shall not be responsible for the failure of the winner to meet eligibility requirements.
13. Once determined, winners will be contacted via email/phone/letter.
14. A participant/entrants agree, upon entry to any of the drawings, that Governor Insurance and participating contest vendor/sponsors may contact/solicit participant/entrants during and after the contest.
15. All entry blanks, forms devices and materials, as well as all the information contained on or within, gathered during the course of entry, shall become the property Governor Insurance Agency Inc. to be used, disposed of or destroyed at their discretion
16. All participant/entrants and winners agree that Governor Insurance and or vendor/sponsors may broadcast or publish their name, city of residence, photo, or any other likeness, for any reason Governor Insurance and or vendor/sponsor deems necessary without compensation.  All entrants further agree to hold Governor Insurance and or vendor/sponsor blameless/harmless and without liability for such publication, broadcast or use.
17. Governor Insurance reserves the right to end any contest at any time without any advanced notice to the public.
18. Governor Insurance reserves the right to limit the number of times an individual may enter a contest or drawing. Only one entry per email address is allowed.
19. Governor Insurance reserve the right to change any promotion and or the promotional elements at anytime without notice.
20. Violations of any of these rules or attempts to win any contest by fraud, deception, or cheating shall be grounds for Governor Insurance and or vendor/sponsors to disqualify that individual from participating in all current and future contests and events at the sole discretion of Governor Insurance and or vendor/sponsors, as well as forfeiture of any prize or prizes won by fraudulent means.
